What this warranty covers

• All structural and frame repairs
• All collision-related welding and straightening work
• All refinishing and paint work, including color match and paint adhesion
• All electrical and ADAS-related repairs performed in-house

What this warranty does not cover

• Damage resulting from subsequent accidents or collisions
• Damage resulting from abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by road salt, environmental conditions, or UV exposure unrelated to the original repair
• Parts replaced with aftermarket components, which are covered by the supplier or manufacturer warranty instead
• Mechanical or other work performed by a subcontractor, which is covered by that subcontractor’s warranty
• Work performed by another shop on a covered area after our repair (voids coverage for the affected work only)

We will inspect the vehicle at no charge, normally within five business days. If the defect is confirmed as a workmanship issue, we will repair or replace the work at no cost to you, and Apex Collision will cover reasonable towing and transportation costs associated with the warranty repair. If it is not a defect in our workmanship, transportation costs are the customer’s responsibility. We will inform you before any cost is incurred.

Transferability

This warranty transfers to the next owner. Notify Apex Collision by phone when you sell the vehicle, include the new owner’s name and phone, and provide proof of ownership transfer. The new owner receives the same coverage terms for the remainder of their ownership.
